Chapter Eleven

Annie said good-bye to Dr. Harper and watched the woman who couldn’t be more than in her mid-thirties leave her bedroom, shutting the door behind her. The shot had been quick and painless. Dr. Harper had left some brochures, along with her card, and said to call if she experienced any of the symptoms they had discussed.

She had a feeling Dr. Harper was a Dominant. She hadn’t told Annie to call her by her first name, and she had been all business and didn’t even question why Annie was already naked when she entered the room. Not that she hadn’t been kind when they had been discussing the various methods of birth control, but there was no doubt that she was pushing the shot and expected Annie to choose that option. The woman was used to giving orders and having them carried out. Her next appointment was already on the doctor’s calendar.

She sat on the edge of her bed and wondered if she should go downstairs, but something told her to stay where she was and wait. Besides, she didn’t want to run into Charles. He might be accustomed to naked women running around the house, but she wasn’t, and the thought of him seeing her completely naked was unsettling, to say the least.

A few minutes had gone by when she heard the door handle turning. She looked over and saw all three men entering her room. She tried to smile.

Derek reached her with Ryan and Brett right behind him. “Madeline told us you opted for the shot.”

“Yes, Dr. Harper felt it was best.”

He bent down and brought her into his arms. “I’m glad. Next weekend will be a lot more fun for all of us, I promise.”

“I’m glad this is over with,” she said and sighed.

He gave her a kiss on her forehead and then stepped away from her. “On your knees, now, Annie.”

Suddenly the shot and their conversation this morning didn’t matter. She went to her knees as excitement flowed through her body. This was what she wanted, what she needed. She lowered her head and waited.

“Spread your legs wider,” Derek ordered.

“Yes, Sir,” she said.

She heard some shuffling around, and when she looked up, Ryan and Brett were setting up what looked like a table with padding. Derek lifted her and sat her on it.

Ryan went into her bathroom and returned carrying shaving cream and a razor. “This won’t take long, but you have to remain still.”
